Shipping policy
We ship from our fulfilment partners to keep delivery times short and costs low. Here's exactly what to expect after you order.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days, then handed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard delivery usually arrives within 1-2 weeks of your order. Remote areas can take a little longer. Any estimate shown at checkout is based on your delivery address.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout before you pay, and we never add charges afterwards.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also follow it any time from our order tracking page using your order number and email address.
Customs and duties
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are set by your local authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away, and we can usually amend it before dispatch.
