One straightforward method, honest timings, and a delivery estimate you see before you pay. Here is the whole journey.
1-2 business days
Picked and packed
Your order is picked, checked and boxed, then handed to the carrier. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start on the next business day.
1-2 weeks
In transit
Standard delivery usually arrives within 1-2 weeks of your order. Remote areas can take a little longer, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking all the way
Delivered
We email your tracking number the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it from there.
What it costs
Shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that the exact cost is worked out at checkout from your delivery address, and we never add charges afterwards.
Where we deliver
We ship to most countries. Whichever zone you are in, the delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and remote areas sit at the longer end of the range.
Duties and customs
Depending on your country, your parcel may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authority. Those are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Free shipping over $70
Your cart shows how far you are from it, and the bar turns green the moment you clear it. Ordering two units usually crosses the line, and the bundle discount comes off on top.
